What we collect
We collect information you give us directly: your name and email when you contact us or subscribe to the newsletter, and anything you include in a message. We do not require an account to read the site.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to keep the calendar accurate when you report a correction. We never sell or rent your data. Unsubscribe links are in every newsletter.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to improve your experience, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. No cookies are set for tracking until you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Cookies we use
Essential: a "consent:analytics" entry in your browser storage that remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies, so we do not ask again on every visit. Analytics (only after you accept): Google Analytics sets "_ga" and "_ga_*" cookies, which assign your browser a random ID so we can count visitors and see which pages are useful. They expire after two years. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Analytics
Analytics data is aggregated and used only to understand which pages are useful and how to improve the site. If you decline cookies, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Third-party links
The calendar links to tournament operators, venues and ticketing sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
